TEYA currently ships within the United States except Alaska & Hawai.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TEYA is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost/Stolen Packages: TEYA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact USPS first for delivery-related issues.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly withing 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item so we can assist.
